Zpěvák, baskytarista a skladatel Mejla Hlavsa se narodil roku 1951 v Praze. Prošel si kapelami The Beggars, The Undertakers, The Vagabunds, stál u zrodu Plastic People, DG 307, hrál s Garáží, Půlnocí, s Dušanem Vozárym založil projekt Fiction.
